after this (three-day) weekend, i only have six more days of high school.  forever. can you say hellz yeah? and it's nice out.  the one plus about living in a small town is being able to walk and bike all the time.  you know, without getting mugged. since it's nice out, i'm hoping to take more pictures, something i've sucked at lately.  i actually recently took a poop-load, but i don't think they downloaded right, and i deleted all of them before realizing it. ah well.  they were just taken in my backyard, so i'm not too despondent. i think it's time for a bike ride.

one more quarter of high school, and then i'm out! i can hardly believe i've endured this town for so long. i need a city! i'll miss all my peeps though. plus i've got some slammin' concerts coming up. ben folds and andrew bird are the shoot.

spring took me by surprise this year.  i don't think i knew how much i was waiting for it until it got here.  one day the sun came out and *poof* everything was bright.  this is also one of the few times a year i feel comfortable temperature-wise (can you tell i'm not my mother?)   i recently attended an anti-war march (although pretty much anyone who reads this was probably there) and it was great, to say the least.  it's really an amazing feeling to be part of something that huge knowing everyone else believes in an idea as wonderful as peace, especially with things the way they are. spring break couldn't have come at a better time either
